How to Access PayManager: Pay Manager Portal Login and Salary Slip

Pay Manager is a widely used portal for various purposes and the major purpose of this portal is to generate the salary slip of Government employees.


What is a PayManager Portal Rajasthan?

PayManager is an online portal used by most of the Government employees of Rajasthan. This is one of the most useful portals for Government employees. The Government employees can get all the details of the salary of the job done by them.



For accessing the details of the salary you should have your employee ID or username and password. Both the username and password are necessary for the login to the Pay Manager portal. Further, necessary details about Pay Manager are mentioned below.


Document required for registering for the first time in PayManager?


If you are an employee who has recently joined a government job in Rajasthan, you will have to register yourself as an employee in the pay manager.


You can easily do so by using your username and password. However there is a need for a few documents while registering yourself as an employee in PayManager. The list of the documents that are necessarily required during the registration is mentioned below.


  • Employee id

  • PRAN- permanent retirement account number

  • PAN

  • BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS

  • AADHAR card

  • Address

  • passport size Photo

  • photo of Signature

  • photo of Thumb impression

How to register for the first time in Pay Manager?


If you are a new employee and you are willing to register yourself in a pay manager you will have to follow a few easy steps for doing so. The steps that you will have to follow are mentioned below-


Step 1- first of all you will have to visit the PayManager portal or you can open the application of PayManager.


Step 2- now you will have to find an option named DDO LOGIN and there you will have to Login by a DDO username and password.


Step 3- after login, you will be able to explore a lot of options, there you will have to find and click on an option named is Master.


Step 4- After clicking on the master option will have to click on the employee detail option.


Step 5- as you will click on the employee detail option, a new web page will appear in the window of your browser. This web page will have various sections for the various details, the web page includes the following sections-


  • personal details section

  • status section

  • pay and bank section

  • contact details section

  • employee dates section

  • employee number section

  • family details section

  • images section

  • scheme section

  • crop details section


You will have to fill in all the details carefully in all of the sections.



Step 6- Finally, enter the captcha shown on the box and click on the submit button.


The registration of new employees will be done.


Bank registration for the first time in pay manager


Bank registration is one of the major steps in the process of registration for the first time in pay manager, you will have to fill all the details carefully while completing this process. You will have to follow a few steps carefully for registration of Bank for the first time in pay manager and before starting the process, you should have all the necessary details of your salary and bank. Then you will have to follow the below-mentioned steps-


Step 1- go to pay manager and log in using the DDO username and password.


Step 2- go to the master option.


Step 3- go to the employee details option.


Step 4- click on the pay and details option and fill in the correct information on the various columns. You will have to enter the given information.

  • your Pay commission,

  • pay scale

  • Basic pay

  • Grade pay

  • NPA


whether you are eligible or not, HRA eligible or not, IFSC CODE/ADDRESS of bank, Bank a/c number, State, District, Bank name, Bank branch, increment date, etc.


Step 5- After filling in these details, you will have to fill in the other details of the remaining sections, then you will have to click on the submit button.


HOD REGISTRATION


The process of HOD registration in Pay Manager is easy but due to the lack of knowledge of handling the PayManager portal, a lot of employees are unable to complete this process.


If you are an employee willing to complete your HOD registration you will have to follow the steps mentioned below.


Step 1- Open the HOD registration section in the PayManager or you can click on the link given below.

Step 2- as you click on the given link or you will open it in the pay manager portal, a lot of empty columns will be visible to you. You will have to fill in the necessary details in these columns.


Step 3- At the top of the web page, you will have to select your department and then you will have to enter the username and password of IFMS, it will help verify the login using IFMS.


Step 4- after completing the process of IFMS login, you will have to search for the employee. You will have to enter the necessary information mentioned below-


  • Employee ID/Nicuid

  • EmployeeID/NICUID*

  • PayManager Name *

  • IFMS Name *

  • PayManager Email *

  • IFMS Email *

  • PayManager Mobile No *

  • IFMS Mobile No *

  • OTP Code *

  • Generate OTP


Forget password employer login


If you had forgotten the password of employee login in PayManager you will have to follow the mentioned process carefully,


go to DDO/Employee Login in pay manager.


Click on Forget password


Fill in the necessary details of the employee account and the phone number.


You will have to verify the details by OTP and for that click on verify.


Enter the OTP in the OTP section.


After some time, you will receive the new password in the registered phone number.
