The Sand Sale Management and Monitoring System (SSMMS) is an online portal launched by TELANGANA STATE MINERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (TSMDC) to monitor and manage sand sales in the state. Customers can register in this online portal, book orders, and track orders. The official website is www.sand.telangana.gov.in

A separate portal has been prepared for the procedure related to the online sand booking. Many services are present in the portal. The list of services is given below:-
Customer registration
Vehicle registration
Tracking of orders
Inter-state sand transportation activities
Sand order details
Daily updates of orders, stockyard, booked quantity, available quantity, quantity delivered.
Registration
To registration for government work you need an official ID
To register for private company/ firm you need Aadhar card, pan card and registration copy
Apply
To apply for government work you need official letter, agreement copy/ work order and material required to copy/ estimation copy for sand.
To apply for private company/ firm you need building permission/ approval building plan, ID Proof of authorised signatory and application letter on company letter head002E
Customer Registration For TS Sand Booking
If you want to enrol yourself under the scheme then you need to follow the simple procedure given below:-
First, visit the official SSMMS portal given here
On the homepage, click on the Registration tab.
A dropdown list will appear.
Select the “Customer Registration” option from that list.
A new webpage will be displayed.
Enter your mobile number in the space provided.
Click on the “Send OTP” option present there.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
The registration form will appear.
Fill in the necessary details such as-
District
Village
House no.
Email Id, etc.
Click on the “Register” button.
You are successfully registered on the portal.
Status Of Customer Registration At SSMMS

A dropdown list will appear.
Select the “Customer Registration” option from that list.

Process To Book Online Sand At SSMMS Portal
When you have successfully registered yourself on the website then you need to book your first sand order. To Book a sand order you need to follow the simple steps given below:-

On the homepage, click on the Sand Booking link.
Login yourself by using the credentials.
Select your district from the dropdown box.
Select the Stockyard button.
Enter all the required information.
Click on the Register button.
Confirm the order.
Save the booking number for future use.
Keep the receipt safe for future use.
Process To Check Status Of Sand Order At SSMMS Portal
If you want to check the status of your sand order then you can follow the simple steps given below:-

On the homepage of the portal, click on the Bookings tab
A drop-down menu will appear.
Select the Track Your Order option from the dropdown list.
Enter your Order Id
Click on the Get Status option.
The status will appear on your screen.

If you want to check sand reports then you can follow the simple steps below given:-

Stock Yards
To check the stockyards which are present in each district of Telangana state you need to follow the simple procedure given below:-

Procedure to Apply For Bulk Sand
To apply for the bulk sand, you need to follow the further-mentioned steps:
Open the website of the sand sale management & monitoring system
From the home page, you need to click “application for bulk sand”
Read the instructions that appear on the screen
Select “new user” if you are using the site for the first time
New User Registration
Select “registration for government work” or “registration for private company/ firm”
Enter Aadhaar UID or Aadhaar VID and click send OTP
Enter the OTP and submit by click submit option
Application form will appear on the screen
Fill the details in the form, Upload the documents and select register
Apply Procedure
Select“existing user” if you are already registered or after registering by follow the above-mentioned procedure
Log in with the site by your user ID & password
Go to the new application option
The application form will appear on the screen

From the home page you need to click “application for bulk sand”
Select “existing user” and log in with your user ID & password
To check the status, go to the “my applications” option
List of your applications will appear with status.
